β You are eligible for a return or refund if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was delivered
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the product
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
- You return the item to our designated return address
β You are not eligible for a return/refund if:
- The product was used and you changed your mind afterward
- You submit a return request after 7 days without prior notice
- The product was damaged, altered, or mishandled after delivery
- You refused delivery without a valid reason
π Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Personal care or intimate products (e.g., headphones worn in-ear, grooming items)
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards or downloadable digital products
π° Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item:
- We inspect the product within 2β3 business days
- If approved, a full refund will be issued via bKash/Nagad or your preferred method
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days
